Oliver Symons is an artist, producer, and songwriter from Antwerp, Belgium. He first gained recognition as the main producer and a member of Bazart, a Benelux band that has commanded arenas and major festivals across Belgium and the Netherlands.
Alongside his work with the band, he launched his solo project, a more electronic, producer-led outlet under his own name.
In this solo venture, the focus shifts toward his songwriting and distinctive vocal delivery. Dividing his time between Antwerp and Los Angeles, he blends melancholy with the cinematic textures of the LA writing scene.
Collaborations with Alessandro Buccellati (Lily Allen, SZA), Gianluca Buccellati (Lana Del Rey, Arlo Parks) and most recently Nathan Boddy (James Blake, Olivia Dean, PinkPantheress) further shaped a sound that balances intimacy with layered, modern production.
Following the release of his debut EP in early 2025, Symons built significant momentum with tracks such as “Room 74,” “Remedy,” and “Time.”
His live presence quickly expanded internationally, marked by a standout performance at The Great Escape (UK) and a European tour supporting Warhaus. These milestones culminated in October 2025, when he sold out his first headline solo show at Ancienne Belgique in Brussels, a defining moment for the project.
Now signed to the Los Angeles–based label Maison Arts, Symons is bridging the gap between the two places he calls home with a prolific 2026 release schedule.
His new single “Looper” (March 27) was the most played record on Belgian national radio station Studio Brussel upon its release.
With more releases and a global rollout of his music, 2026 marks the year Oliver Symons fully steps into the spotlight as a singular, boundary-pushing artist.
